But if you think about input output ratio of network marketing in comparison to other industries you will get your answer. Where investment is very less comparative to set up an industry the profit is hundreds fold more than those. Many big companies tried network marketing either in their own brand name or in some different name. Big houses Like Hindustan Lever (in the name of Unilever),Modi(in the name of Modi Care), Ajanta (in the name of Ajanta Care) entered in this business for the said reason.
What I was talking about, is the gigantic success of RMP .The company in its books has claimed that it had already produced 400 plus crorpatis in India through network marketing. When I met their senior representative to confirm the fact he informed me that the number has crossed 500 already and they have all the name and details with them. Probably the gentleman could understand my disbelief and so answered me on that way. I met my very old friend and to my surprise I found he is also one of those 500 people. When I saw him to travel in a very expensive car I could visualize the old and broken cycle he used to ride and used to cross my home to give private tuition to his students. He supplied me some more unbelievable facts-thousands have earned Rs 10 Lakhs or more in the last six years from this business.
As far my knowledge is concerned there is not even a single company in India whose result is even 10% of this. I have worked with some foreign companies even. They have produced many millionaires but not from a single country. A remarkable label of responsibility, honesty only can bring a company at this position.
While searching net I have found several complaints against RMP. All of these complaints are related to their products or their service and none is related to its payment. The company has sold more than 80 Lakhs products and the complaint I found on net is not more than 20.If we multiply this by 1000(because many of the dissatisfied customers may not use internet), then also it is very negligible in comparison to 80 Lakhs product the company already sold. Moreover RMP sale the products of Big names such as HCL, Siyarams, Oxemberg, Tata, Bazaz, Big Bazar etc. So those complaints whatever negligible it may be go against those big guys too.
Business Plan is very simple. To start the business one has to purchase a product from the company. These are the products of common uses. If you belong to a city you can purchase the voucher of Big Bazar also and thus purchase the product from Big Bazar of your daily household needs like sugar, salt, tea etc. But in this case your start up cost will be more. Otherwise you can start with clothing, household goods or even with a life insurance policy. As soon as you fill up the form and purchase product from them you will be eligible to do the business. There plan is 2x2 binary plan. You will receive 1000 Rs for each pair of sales in your network. So, thus only two sales by an individual can make him crorpathi. But it does not work as simple as it sounds.
The most common criticism about Binary system is how it is possible to pay up to unlimited death by a company in a binary plan.
It is impossible.
Does the company make us fool?
Not really.There is mathematics behind this binary plan. It works on the principle of probability. The companies entrust some conditions like different ratios 1:1 or 1:2 and trimming for high earners. In this case company pays you in 1:1 ratio and there is ceiling of RS 1.3 Lakhs per week. It means company will pay you up to Rs1.3 Lakhs only per week. In this way the company does not deceive its distributors and the company never run in loss and thus can pay its distributors comfortably.
Do referring two people are enough to earn crores of rupees? Does the company consider us fool or idiot?
Not either of this. It is mathematically possible if all of us can do the same. But all of us will not do the same. Some of us will join the business, try for some days and will sleep, some among us will never think of the business twice even after purchase the product from the company. Some are shy to approach others; many of us think it will hamper our social prestige. There are major numbers of people who will act like this only. And your network will not build like as it was supposed to be.
